Key Responsibilities:

Channel Ownership and Strategy

  • Take ownership of assigned channels, managing budgets and KPIs
  • Define end to end channel strategy per campaign objective including but not limited to audience strategy and content strategy
  • Responsible for aligning ad specs and analytics infrastructure requirements with internal stakeholders

Media Planning and Execution

  • Lead media strategy of assigned channels
  • Unlock new channels, digital formats and partnerships
  • Coordinate with internal media buyers and third party vendors for media planning and execution
  • Provide data driven insights and lead daily optimizations
  • Prepare reports based on agreed cadence, structure and granularity
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external mandatories

Industry Knowledge

  • Keep up to date on channel updates and digital marketing industry trends

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years experience in media planning and managing paid ads campaign on any of these platforms: Meta, TikTok, Google Search, Programmatic via DSPs
  • Agency or brand experience preferred
  • Experience with awareness, branding and performance KPIs
  • Experience with web and app analytics tools (Google Analytics, Appsflyer, PowerBI, etc)
  • Proficient with MSOffice and data visualization tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field
  • Fluent in English, written and verbal
  • Self-starter and independent
  • Affinity for data
