The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping Acquire Intelligence's talent acquisition strategy. This position combines digital marketing expertise with recruitment sourcing skills to attract, engage, and nurture candidates through innovative online channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social media management: Plan, create, and publish engaging recruitment-focused content across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Content creation: Develop compelling job posts, recruitment campaigns, graphics, and multimedia assets that highlight employer branding.
  • Analytics and reporting: Track, analyze, and interpret performance metrics to optimize sourcing strategies and measure ROI.
  • Data management: Maintain candidate databases, ensure data accuracy, and leverage insights for targeted outreach.
  • Traditional sourcing initiatives: Execute recruitment marketing activities such as job fairs, referral programs, and partnerships with universities or professional networks.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and marketing teams to align sourcing strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 3 years experience in digital recruitment, talent sourcing, or social media marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
