Objective:

Lead expansion of the company that provides airconditioning services and solutions for residential and commercial customers. Oversee all aspects of the business including strategy, operations, finance, marketing and human resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the vision, mission, and goals of an air-conditioning services and solutions company
  • Manage the budget and allocate resources efficiently
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of staff across different departments
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance and quality of the projects and services
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards
  • Identify and resolve any issues orchallenges that may arise
  • Report to the board of directors and stakeholders on the progress and results of the company

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or a similar senior management role in the airconditioning, property development or facility management industry
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field
  • License in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Strong knowledge of airconditioning systems, methods, materials, and equipment
  • Solid understanding of business functions such as finance, marketing, HR, etc.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic mindset and a problem-solving attitude
  • Passion for innovation and customer satisfaction
