Job Description
We're seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Cold Caller to join our client's expanding team and help connect their game-changing digital services with real estate agents across Australia. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity where you'll play a crucial role in the company's growth by introducing their competitive solutions to potential clients. You'll work with warm leads and established contact lists, making this an ideal position for someone looking to build their sales skills in a supportive environment. The role offers excellent earning potential through a combination of competitive hourly rates and performance-based commissions, with the flexibility to grow into full-time as you demonstrate success.

Responsibilities
  • Make engaging outbound calls to real estate agents using pre-qualified contact lists and warm leads
  • Introduce and showcase the company's innovative digital services to potential clients across Australia
  • Generate genuine interest and capture contact information from qualified prospects
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and outcomes in the company's integrated CRM system
  • Collaborate with the internal sales team by seamlessly handing off qualified leads
  • Meet and exceed daily and weekly targets for calls made and leads generated
  • Follow up with interested prospects to maintain engagement and momentum
  • Contribute to team success through consistent performance and positive attitude
Requirements

  • Basic computer proficiency for CRM data entry and lead management
