Position: Real Estate Sales General Manager

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the entire sales department
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
  • Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to ensure high performance
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Report directly to upper management on sales performance and goals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales management or similar leadership role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Results-driven and capable of handling team performance goals
  • (Preferred) Overseas Chinese candidates with strong capabilities

Salary:

₱50,000 – ₱100,000 (Negotiable)

Exceptional overseas Chinese candidates may earn ₱100,000 – ₱150,000

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Food & Accommodation: Not provided

Days Off: 4 days per month
