HR Supervisor/Manager will be at the heart of our people operations, who will oversee HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy development, and compliance. One will be a strategic partner to leadership and a trusted resource for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Drive performance management and employee engagement programs
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus
