Our resort is looking for a F&B-SUPERVISOR to join our team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Food and Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/ Administration/Management or equivalent business-related degree.
  • Should have at least 2 - 3 years experience in a managerial or supervisory position in a Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service organization.
  • Must be experienced with marketing strategies, cost control, and budgeting and up to date with new trends available in the market.
  • Excellent in oral communication skills and interpersonal skills and love interacting with guests
  • Communicates with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
  • Amenable to working long hours, especially during weekends and holidays
  • Must be well-versed in restaurant and banquet operations or catering operations
  • Must be a self-starter and can drive the team to optimize business revenues
  • Must have extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
  • Must be willing to be assigned to any of the hotels under our group nationwide.
