Job Description:

The Food & Beverage Cost Controller will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost control related to food and beverage operations at Palmas Del Mar Resort Hotel. This includes calculating the costs of menu items, developing short‐ and long‐term cost plans, and implementing effective pricing strategies in line with the company's financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculate and analyze the costs of all food and beverage items.
  • Oversee short‐ and long‐term planning, cost control, and pricing strategies.
  • Maintain and monitor adequate inventory levels for food and beverage items.
  • Prepare and regularly update costing sheets for all menu items.
  • Actively participate in menu engineering, ensuring accurate pricing and profitability.
  • Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and cost control software is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
