Role Description

The Shift Supervisor role at General Milling Corporation is a full-time, on-site position located in Lapu-Lapu. As a Shift Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of your assigned shift, manage staff to ensure productivity and safety, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. This role involves monitoring the upkeep of Powerhouse/Boiler House operations, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in oversight and management, including supervising staff and maintaining productivity
  • With hands-on experience in Powerhouse and Boiler House operations
  • Strong understanding of safety and compliance regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Relevant experience in the food industry is a plus
  • Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer
