Ingénieur des Mines - Gestion de la Production (m/f) (FR)

Il/Elle sera chargé de gérer et d'optimiser la production de la mine, de garantir l'efficacité, la sécurité et la durabilité des activités, d'assurer la maximisation de la productivité et de la rentabilité des opérations minières. Il/Elle coordonnera et supervisera les opérations minières, en gérant les ressources humaines, le matériel et l'équipement, et en veillant à l'efficacité des processus.

Exigences du poste et profil de compétences

  • Diplôme universitaire en ingénierie minière, géotechnique ou géologie;
  • Expérience professionnelle d'au moins 5 ans dans les activités minières, de préférence dans une mine d'or à ciel ouvert;
  • Maîtrise des outils et logiciels Office utilisés dans le secteur minier (Vulcan ; Surpac ; Autocad ; Opit-Blast ; ArcGis);
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais;
  • Orientation client;
  • Leadership, motivation et esprit d'équipe;
  • Orientation marché/activité;
  • Disponibilité pour la mobilité.
