The following are the Job Description as well as the Duties and responsibilities of the position above:

a) Transport safely employees/clients from LEIAAI Poro/AMTS to official destinations vice versa.

b) Carrying out vehicle maintenance checks.

c) Update and maintain driving log on vehicle performance.

d) Report any incidents/accidents related to driving immediately to the immediate Supervisor.

e) Notify supervisor about any major repairs and maintenance on the vehicle.

f) Maintain vehicle clean and safe

g) Interact with the passenger/s on a professional and courteous manner.

h) Performs other functions as may be directed by the Supervisor and Officers.

i) Assists and performs functions as messenger and utility as long as primary job will not interfere and jeopardize.

j) As as messenger and utility for the following functions;

a) Pick up and deliver documents, packages and other items between offices or directly to other business concerns.

b) Pay electrical bills, rental, telephone bills, and other related utility bills.

c) Will assist if necessary on office cleaning, and help serve snacks to official visitor when directed by management.

d) Other errands related to utility/messenger duty directed by the management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php16,800.00 per month
