Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with legal research tools (LexisNexis/Westlaw) and case management software
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and filings
  • Conduct legal research and cite-checking
  • Manage case files, deadlines, and calendars
  • Assist with discovery, including document collection, organization, and production
  • File documents with state and federal courts (electronic and/or physical)
  • Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
  • Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and hearing materials
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally

Location

  • work form home
  • 8:30 - 5:30 PM in Eastern Standard Time.
  • Must have a dedicated workspace
  • Must have a high quality headset and high speed Internet

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
