Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support for application issues and user requests.
  • Monitor, track, and resolve support tickets.
  • Help review and prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
  • Perform system testing and work with developers to fix issues.
  • Work closely with business users, technical teams, and external partners.
  • Create and update system guides, SOPs, and self-help materials.
  • Support system operations and assist in migrating legacy accounts to SAP.
  • Manage SAP ECC change requests, including process improvements and new developments.
  • Assist in the implementation of SAP S/4HANA, focusing on system transition and deployment.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years work experience
  • Experience in application support, system administration, or business systems.
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA (implementation and support).
  • Ability to create documentation, guides, and SOPs.
  • Familiar with system migration, testing, and issue tracking tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • ITIL or IT Service Management knowledge is a plus.
  • Willing to work full onsite (Mon-Fri)
