JOB TITLE: Business Development Executive (high end furniture for home & office)
QUANTITY: 1
Work Location: Greenhills, San Juan
Salary: Basic + 2% of gross sales upon hitting sales target, laptop, mobile phone with data allowance
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least college degree,
applicants with degrees in architecture
or interior design/ industrial designer are preferred
- with experience in high end
design/construction industry, selling &
marketing of high end products in a
B2B & B2C setting
Very personable and able to
build rapport and connections with architects
and designers. Ideally, should have a
background in design and architecture. Very
fluent in English, especially in speaking.
Persistent and not afraid of a challenge.
Confident and able to present solutions and
proposals effectively.
JOB DESCRIPTION: As Business
Development Executive, your primary
responsibility is to generate
opportunities & sales for our different
brands namely:
1.USM Modular Furniture
2.Pira G2 Shelving System
3.Stressless Recliners & Seating
4.Vicoustic Acoustic Materials
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
1.Learning and becoming proficient
using USM & Pira's virtual software
2.Meeting and presenting to
prospective clients (e.g. architects,
interior designers, contractors and end
users) our various brands including our
vision, philosophy and products
3.Conceptualizing and providing
solutions and recommendations using
our various brands
4.Identifying & executing possible cross
branding opportunities (e.g. popups)
5.Create proposals and win projects
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
