About the Role:

As the Automation & Integration Specialist, you'll design and implement automated workflows that improve internal efficiency and enhance client delivery. Your work will help reduce manual processes and streamline operations across CRM, media, and reporting environments.

You'll work with platforms such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), HubSpot Workflows, Airtable, and Google Sheets, while also handling API integrations, webhooks, and light JavaScript-based customizations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working cross-functionally, and building scalable systems that make teams more productive.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, HubSpot, and Airtable
• Set up and manage API integrations, webhooks, and cross-platform data syncs
• Collaborate with CRM, paid media, and creative teams to identify automation opportunities
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues to ensure smooth daily operations
• Document automation logic, systems, and dependencies clearly (SOPs, flowcharts, etc.)
• Recommend and implement improvements to current automation architecture
• Occasionally assist with internal dashboards or lightweight tool development

Competencies and Qualifications

Must-Have

• 2+ years of experience building automation workflows using Make, or similar platforms
• Proficient in setting up API integrations and working with webhooks
• Familiarity with platforms like HubSpot, Airtable, Slack, Google Sheets, Klaviyo, etc.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript (for custom logic within automations)
• Strong troubleshooting, QA, and documentation skills
• Able to translate business processes into scalable technical solutions

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with custom scripts using JavaScript or Python
• Exposure to marketing platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo)
• Prior experience in a marketing ops, eCommerce, or agency environment
• Familiarity with basic SQL or data transformation tools
