We are looking for a highly skilled Automation Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in N8N automations, chatbot development, CRM dashboards, and advanced system integrations. This role is perfect for someone who can design, build, and optimize complex automation workflows that connect multiple platforms seamlessly.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience building chatbots and automation workflows in N8N
  • Strong background in advanced workflow automation (multi-step, conditional logic, API integrations)
  • Hands-on experience developing and managing CRM dashboards
  • Ability to configure and optimize messaging bots (e.g., WhatsApp) within N8N
  • 1–3 years of experience in automation engineering, chatbot development, or CRM integration

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and manage advanced N8N workflows that automate complex business processes
  • Develop and maintain chatbots and conversational flows within N8N
  • Create CRM dashboards for reporting, tracking, and workflow visibility
  • Integrate lead forms, messaging apps, and third-party platforms into automated workflows
  • Configure, test, and optimize WhatsApp bots and other chat automations
  • Troubleshoot, refine, and scale automation workflows for maximum efficiency

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Knowledge of Airtable and other no-code/low-code automation tools
  • Experience creating dynamic prompts with variable parameters
  • Familiarity with phone number warming techniques
  • General experience building dashboards with other software/tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php50,000.00 per month
