We're looking for an AI Automation/Chatbot Specialist to join our growing team at AIOMS Agents

This role is perfect for someone who's passionate about chatbots, marketing automations, and AI-driven solutions that help businesses scale.

What You'll Do

  • Design and build AI-powered chatbots that engage, qualify, and convert leads.
  • Set up workflow automations (CRM, email, SMS, pipelines) to streamline business processes.
  • Create conversational flows that sound natural, persuasive, and on-brand.
  • Integrate chatbots with funnels, landing pages, and 3rd-party apps via APIs & webhooks.
  • Track performance metrics, run A/B tests, and continuously improve chatbot results.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth handoff from bots to humans.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in chatbot platforms (GoHighLevel, ManyChat, Dialogflow, GPT-based bots).
  • Strong background in marketing automations (Zapier, Make, CRM integrations).
  • Copywriting skills for engaging, persuasive conversations.
  • Familiarity with sales funnels, lead generation, and customer journey mapping.
  • Bonus: Basic coding skills (JavaScript, Python) are a plus.
