About the role

Mezzo Hotel is seeking a talented Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team in Cebu City, Cebu. As a full-time Marketing Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving the marketing strategy and initiatives that promote our hotel's brand and offerings to both local and international guests. What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and attract new customers
  2. Creating compelling content for our website, social media platforms, and other marketing collateral
  3. Analysing market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and inform marketing strategies
  4. Collaborating with the sales team to support lead generation and conversion efforts
  5. Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing initiatives to continually optimise our approach
  6. Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies
  7. Supporting the planning and execution of events, promotions, and other marketing activities

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the hospitality industry
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  5. Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and content management systems
  6. Creativity and a passion for developing innovative marketing campaigns
  7. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  8. Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team
