We are seeking a
BPO Trainer (Associate–Specialist Level)
to join our growing team in Ortigas, Pasig City. The Trainer will be responsible for facilitating
New Hire Training, refresher programs, and upskilling initiatives
to ensure that employees meet performance expectations and deliver excellent customer service.

This role is ideal for
current BPO agents or trainers
who want to take their career to the next level in training and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct
    New Hire Training (NHT)
    sessions covering communication, customer service, technical, and product/process knowledge.
  • Facilitate
    refresher and upskilling training
    for tenured employees.
  • Monitor trainee performance through
    assessments, coaching, and feedback sessions
    .
  • Collaborate with
    Operations, Quality, and HR
    to address training gaps.
  • Keep training materials updated and aligned with business needs.
  • Promote a positive learning environment that motivates and engages employees.

Qualification

  • At least 6 months to 1 year experience
    as a
    Trainer, Learning Facilitator, or Subject Matter Expert (SME)
    in the
    BPO/Contact Center industry
    .
  • High-performing agents who aspire to transition into a Trainer role are also encouraged to apply.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Communication, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field (
    preferred but not required
    ).
  • Strong understanding of
    adult learning principles
    and BPO training methodologies.
  • Familiarity with
    contact center operations, tools, and performance metrics
    .
  • Excellent
    communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
    .
  • Proficient in
    MS Office tools
    and other workplace applications.
  • Willing to work
    onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City
    .
