Ayala Land Group is looking for a Senior Learning and Development Manager

  • Assess the organization's training needs and design tailored learning and development programs to address skill gaps
  • Develop and facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops covering a wide range of topics such as leadership, communication, and technical skills
  • Collaborate with department heads to align learning initiatives with the company's strategic objectives
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs and implement continuous improvements
  • Maintain training records and report on the progress and impact of learning and development initiatives
  • Manage the training budget and ensure efficient resource allocation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in corporate training and talent development

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Minimum eight (8) years of experience in a learning and development role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Proficient in designing and implementing effective training programs and workshops
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Up-to-date knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices
