Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning & Development Manager to design, implement, and manage innovative training programs that align with organisational goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in learning and development, strong leadership skills, and advanced proficiency in eLearning and content design tools.

Qualifications
:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 8–10 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Training, Talent Development, or Organisational Development, including 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Advanced expertise in Project Management and Stakeholder Management.
  • Strong background in People Management, with experience leading and developing teams.
  • Skilled in Content Storyboarding and designing engaging learning experiences.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Advanced proficiency in eLearning authoring tools, including Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline, Articulate 360 AI, and Captivate.
  • Advanced proficiency in Vyond or equivalent video animation tools.
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Adobe Suite.
  • Intermediate to Advanced familiarity with AI-powered tools for content design (e.g., Canva, ElevenLabs, Stable Diffusion, Tome, Simplified, or similar).
  • Advanced proficiency in Synthesia and other AI-powered video design tools.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills to engage diverse learners.
  • Ability to analyse training needs, measure program effectiveness, and align initiatives with business objectives.
