LOCATION: National Office
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To implement all learning and talent management programs, processes, systems, tools, and best practices across the talent lifecycle.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS AND TOOLS:
- Implement integrated talent management initiatives
- Facilitate orientation and induction of new employees
- Implement learning and development processes, systems, and tools
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's Degree (NQF Level 7) in Human Resources Management/Industrial Psychology will be an added advantage

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE:
- 4-6 years in Human Resources, supporting multiple management levels
- Experience in designing and supporting organization-wide talent management programs (performance, development, coaching, mentoring, succession planning, career management, data analytics, relationship management)
