Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • Proven experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, specifically in managing local key accounts such as Prince Retail Group or similar.
  • Strong sales negotiation skills with the ability to influence and close deals effectively.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and data analysis tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Plan and implement effective sales strategies targeting local key accounts. Understand client requirements and drive sales volume in line with company targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.
  • Work Environment Management: Maintain a structured and organized work environment to support efficient operations and team productivity.
  • Collections: Ensure timely collection of payments from clients in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Information Management: Efficiently manage and utilize relevant sales and client information to support decision-making and strategic planning.
