Store Wellness Associate – Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Customer Service

  • Greet customers in a warm, friendly, and approachable manner.
  • Assist customers in selecting appropriate food supplements based on their health needs and preferences.
  • Offer clear, accurate information on supplement benefits, recommended usage, and proper dosage.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Foster strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.

2. Product Knowledge

  • Maintain up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of all store products, including HERBS OF THE EARTH vitamins, minerals, protein powders, and herbal supplements.
  • Stay informed about current health and wellness trends, new products, and any reported benefits or side effects.
  • Understand and effectively communicate supplements' nutritional value and health benefits to guide customer decisions.

3. Sales and Promotion

  • Actively promote featured items, ongoing promotions, and newly launched products.
  • Work toward achieving or exceeding individual and storewide sales targets.
  • Use upselling and cross-selling techniques to recommend complementary products that support customer wellness goals.
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to boost product visibility and customer engagement.

4. Daily, Weekly & Monthly Sales Reports

  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience

  • Previous experience in health, wellness, or supplement is an advantage

  • Essential Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Basic understanding of nutrition and health supplements
  • Ability to learn and retain detailed product information

  • Sales-oriented mindset with customer-first approach

  • Language Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Filipino/Tagalog
