Job Overview

The Sales Associate plays a key role in driving sales performance and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional shopping experience. This position combines strong selling skills, customer engagement, and store operations support to maintain a well-organized and visually appealing retail environment. The Sales Associate represents the brand by delivering excellent service, showcasing in-depth product knowledge, and consistently upholding company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage customers proactively to identify their needs, recommend suitable products, and achieve or exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge to effectively present features, benefits, and uses.
  • Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly, professional, and approachable attitude.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually attractive store in line with merchandising guidelines.
  • Monitor inventory levels, assist in restocking, and promptly report low or fast-moving items.
  • Accurately process sales transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Support daily store operations, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining displays.
  • Stay informed on new product arrivals, ongoing promotions, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store objectives and foster a positive team environment.

Qualifications

  • Senior High School graduate or College level (Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred).
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Sales-driven and customer-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple customers efficiently.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems is an advantage.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Energetic, dependable, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
