Job Overview:

The Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales performance by achieving targets for assigned products or categories within the designated store. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service through strong product knowledge and effective customer engagement. The Sales Associate also ensures that store displays meet visual merchandising standards and that inventory levels are properly maintained for smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned products or categories.
  • Monitor, track, and report sales performance and goals.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by applying product knowledge and engaging effectively with customers.
  • Maintain organized and visually appealing store displays in line with company standards.
  • Oversee inventory levels and prepare purchase orders to ensure timely replenishment of stocks.

Qualifications:

  • Senior High School graduate or College level.
  • At least 6 months of retail sales experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management is an advantage.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
