About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our flagship store in the heart of Manila City. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving the operational excellence and financial performance of our store, while fostering a positive and engaging customer experience. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in our vibrant Manila location.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring efficient and effective processes
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of sales associates to maximize their potential and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Analyze sales data and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with the head office to ensure adequate stock
  • Oversee the cash management and financial reporting for the store

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the consumer products industry
