Promoter Operations Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for promoter recruitment. Send new promoter requests to agencies and monitor candidate status until hire.
- Responsible for daily promoter management and attendance.
- Communicate with agencies, including daily communications, sending promoter requests, monthly review meetings, and analyzing promoter performance with agencies.
- Promoter onboarding/off boarding/AOWL management.
- Evaluate promoter performance monthly and propose whether to remove/warn promoters based on their performance
- Calculation of promoter incentives and salary. (1)Based on the promoter's attendance, check the promoter's salary bill sent by the agency to ensure that the promoter's salary is the same as the SF system attendance. (2)Based on the incentive policy, calculate the promoter's monthly incentive and send it to RC for inspection. After ensuring the data is accurate, send it to supervisor for approval
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR, recruitment, field operations, or promoter/agency management.
- Strong background in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Experience in incentive calculation, payroll checking, and attendance monitoring.
- Ability to evaluate promoter performance using set KPIs and policies.
- Skilled in reviewing attendance and ensuring salary accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with agencies, promoters, and internal teams.
- Experience conducting performance reviews and giving feedback.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
