
Exhibit Operations Officer

The Exhibit Operations Officer is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing all in-store displays, trade exhibits and promotional setups for the brand. This role ensures that exhibits and displays are executed according to brand standards, within budget, and on time supporting sales and marketing objectives while enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Coordination
- Plan and schedule all exhibit setups, store displays, mall activations, and dealer events.
- Coordinate with marketing to ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct pre-event meetings to align timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables.
Execution & Operations
- Oversee the on-site setup, installation, and dismantling of booths, product displays, and signage.
- Ensure proper handling and installation of appliances for display.
- Monitor exhibit areas during events to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
- Coordinate logistics for transport, delivery, and retrieval of display units and materials.
Brand Standards & Quality Control
- Ensure all exhibits and displays comply with brand identity and visual merchandising standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
Inventory & Asset Management
- Maintain an updated inventory of exhibit materials, fixtures, and promotional items.
- Track and account for all display units, ensuring proper storage and maintenance.
- Coordinate repairs, refurbishments, or replacements of exhibit materials when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration
- At least 2–3 years of experience in exhibit/event operations, preferably in the appliance or retail industry.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising, store display standards, and booth design.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when necessary.
- Physically fit to supervise on-site setups and handle exhibit materials.
Skills & Competencies
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple exhibit setups simultaneously.
- Attention to Detail: Ensures displays meet brand guidelines down to the smallest detail.
- Communication: Strong coordination skills with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Problem-Solving: Quick to resolve on-site operational challenges.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of electrical requirements for appliances during exhibits is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php45, Php60,000.00 per month
