Front Office Manager

Are you a charismatic and experienced leader with a passion for hospitality? Discovery Suites is looking for a dedicated Front Office Manager to lead our team and create an exceptional arrival and departure experience for our guests. We're seeking a proactive and energetic individual who knows how to make every guest feel special—including our long staying guests.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage all daily Front Office operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services.
- Supervise and mentor the Front Office team, ensuring they provide warm, professional, and efficient service.
- Handle escalated guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Oversee room inventory and reservations, ensuring accuracy and maximizing occupancy.
- Develop and implement creative, fun events for our long-staying guests (LSGs) to enhance their experience and build community.
- Manage and optimize the Front Office budget and resources.
- Ensure all hotel policies and procedures are followed, maintaining high standards of quality and security.
- Collaborate with other departments to guarantee a seamless guest journey from beginning to end.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a Front Office supervisory or management role within a hotel setting.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, composed demeanor under pressure.
- A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Creativity and initiative to plan and execute guest-focused activities.
- Flexibility to work on a shifting schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
