Job Summary

The Brand Operations Officer is responsible for ensuring smooth brand execution across Watsons and Department Stores. This includes managing day-to-day brand operations, implementing marketing and merchandising strategies, ensuring store visibility, and coordinating with internal and external partners. The role also covers visual merchandising—ensuring that brand displays, fixtures, and promotional materials are aligned with brand guidelines and maximize visibility, sales, and customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Design, or any related course.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in brand operations, trade marketing, or visual merchandising (experience with Watsons or Department Stores is an advantage).
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and shopper behavior.
  • Creative eye for visual presentation and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); basic knowledge of design tools is a plus.
  • Must be willing to in Ortigas Center, Pasig City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
