The role involves understanding client requirements to develop international payroll solutions through configuring tailored integrations with our systems, enabling automated HR, payroll, finance, and banking integrations on a global scale. Requirements:The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in payroll and integrations implementation, with a proven track record in the following areas:Responsibilities:Configuring bank files: Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather requirements and build configurable bank files, supporting the Implementation Consultant during testing phases. Configuring

General Ledger (GL) Outputs: Work with internal teams and clients to develop configurable GL outputs according to specifications and conduct relevant testing. Creating client-configurable reports: Assist in configuring complex client reports and support internal teams in report development. System technical champion: Partner with the development team to enhance platform efficiencies through automation and robotic process automation (RPA), and provide training and advice to implementation and operations teams.

Inbound integrations: Manage configuration of inbound flat file integrations, automate file movements, support RPA and API configurations. Go-live transition: Support creation of handover materials for operations teams to ensure consistent delivery of integrations and reporting. Technical projects: Provide technical support across departments for special projects.

Client ownership: Maintain relationships with clients, lead meetings, deliver presentations, and resolve queries to optimize their global payroll systems with iiPay. What are we looking for in you? Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, along with a proactive approach, are essential.

Your focus will be on GL file and payment file creation, bespoke report development, and inbound integration needs. Quick learner of new technologies and applications, with strong Excel skills. Ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams via email, workshops, and meetings.

Excellent time management and responsibility delegation skills. Experience in producing detailed system specifications, field mappings, and process designs. Knowledge of payroll processes and systems.

Experience working with international clients of various sizes, demonstrating clear communication and trust-building skills. Motivated professional with a proven track record of delivering projects on time with high customer satisfaction. Experience in regulated environments (e.g., ISAE 3402 / SSAE 16).

Experience integrating HR/T&A and payroll software, including interfaces for bank, GL, and pension files. Basic understanding of XML formats and schemas. Knowledge of technical integrations (APIs, SFTP, etc.) with third-party applications (desirable).

Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
