Salesforce Consultant

We are seeking a Salesforce Consultant with experience in the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) to join our client for a 12-month remote contract. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive critical Salesforce enhancements, ensuring that our processes are streamlined, efficient, and aligned with organisational goals. Key Responsibilities:Implement and configure Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) features to meet business requirements.
Design, develop, and optimize flows, automation and integrations to improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, providing tailored solutions within Salesforce. Ensure accurate data management and integrity by developing processes for data imports, updates, and cleansing.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for end-users within Salesforce. Work with internal teams to define and prioritize Salesforce enhancements and updates. Customize Salesforce solutions as needed, leveraging your knowledge of Apex to address advanced requirements.
Required Skills & Experience:Solid experience with Salesforce, especially with the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP). Proven experience designing and implementing automation and flows. Experience with Salesforce integrations, including third-party tools and APIs.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users. Strong problem-solving skills, able to work independently and take initiative to drive projects forward.
Apex development knowledge and experience with custom coding solutions. Previous experience in a non-profit environment, particularly in the context of Salesforce usage. Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
