Role Summary:

Managed Services Technical Consultant will work closely with the teams in the Philippines and ANZ and are responsible for the design, coding, testing, support and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet OSF Digital's client objectives. Support and maintenance of existing solutions will also be required within the scope of the role. You will also have ad-hoc opportunities to participate in the development lifecycle from planning through to maintenance, with strong practical experience across a range of technologies.

You will work on customisation using Apex, Visualforce, Aura and LWC is essential, and knowledge of other coding languages may be required. Additionally, you will work closely with clients and OSF Digital's Salesforce Consultants to understand requirements and deliver high quality solutions using Salesforce best practices, across the Philippines and ANZ regions.

It is expected that the Managed Services Technical Consultant will work with OSF Digital to help develop and maintain methodologies, tools and best practices to ensure high quality, repeatable processes for the delivery of Salesforce consulting services. You should understand the basic principles of business software design and customer relationship management

  • Certified in one or more of the following: Salesforce Administrator (ADM201), Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Platform Developer 1, Salesforce Platform Developer 2, Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Experience Cloud
