Where You'll Be 

JEG Tower, Archbishop Reyes, Corner Acacia St., Barangay Kamputhaw, Cebu City, 6000 Cebu Your Role as Finance Admin

As a Finance Admin, you'll play a vital role in ensuring financial accuracy, timely payments, and smooth daily operations. You'll handle everything from payroll and reconciliations to supplier payments and ad hoc projects—all while working closely with our Finance team to keep things on track.

Here's a closer look at your day-to-day:

Financial Processing & Payments

  • Process monthly payroll and commission payments
  • Manage monthly creditor runs and handle ad-hoc payments
  • Enter invoices into MYOB and reconcile with supplier statements
  • Allocate expenditure across cost centres (Sales and Property Management)
  • Reconcile monthly telephone bills and allocate between Sales and PM entities

Reconciliations & Reporting

  • Prepare monthly sales reconciliations and month-end journals (prepaid marketing, commission payable, etc.)
  • Reconcile various balance sheet accounts as required
  • Assist with credit card account reconciliations
  • Support daily bank reconciliations and receipting in MYOB
  • Reconcile invoices for payment in Box & Dice, ensuring accuracy in MYOB

General Ledger & Trust Accounting Support

  • Assist with maintaining the general ledger and chart of accounts in MYOB
  • Create and maintain supplier cards and expense accounts
  • Support trust accounting with daily reconciliations and preparing Account Sales for settlement

Administration & Ad Hoc Support

  • Resolve supplier and creditor payment issues
  • Complete administrative tasks and projects as assigned by management
  • Attend meetings and training as needed

Requirements

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Proven experience in finance, accounting, or admin within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong bookkeeping and reconciliation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of MYOB preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Integrity, confidentiality, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
