Job Responsibilities
- Collects and verifies employee attendance, processes payroll computations, and ensures accurate and timely salary disbursements.
- Generates payroll reports and maintains updated payroll records for all employees.
- Provides support for employee inquiries and concerns related to payroll, deductions, taxes, and loans.
- Administers government-mandated and company-initiated benefits, including statutory contributions, loan processing, HMO coordination, and benefit claims.
- Manages salary adjustments, bonuses, incentive programs, and employee health requirements such as annual physical examinations.
Job Qualification
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations is an advantage.
- With experience in resolving conflicts within an organization.
Compensation & Benefits
The successful candidate shall receive the following:
Working schedule (Monday to Friday)
