Job Responsibilities

  • Collects and verifies employee attendance, processes payroll computations, and ensures accurate and timely salary disbursements.
  • Generates payroll reports and maintains updated payroll records for all employees.
  • Provides support for employee inquiries and concerns related to payroll, deductions, taxes, and loans.
  • Administers government-mandated and company-initiated benefits, including statutory contributions, loan processing, HMO coordination, and benefit claims.
  • Manages salary adjustments, bonuses, incentive programs, and employee health requirements such as annual physical examinations.

Job Qualification

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations is an advantage.
  • With experience in resolving conflicts within an organization.

Compensation & Benefits

  • The successful candidate shall receive the following:

  • Working schedule (Monday to Friday)
