To match our people strategy with the objectives of Telan Hipe Flores, Telan & Associates Co., we are looking for a strategic and results-driven HR Business Partner (HRBP). With an emphasis on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and fostering a positive work environment, you will act as a reliable advisor and consultant to senior leaders.

Principal Duties:


• Strategic Consulting: Collaborate with company executives on change management, organizational design, and strategic workforce planning.


• Talent Management: Oversee the business unit's development initiatives, succession planning, performance management, and talent evaluations.


• Coaching & Development: Promote a high-performance culture by providing managers with coaching on leadership, team effectiveness, and performance enhancement.


• Employee Relations: Ensure uniformity and adherence to labor laws and corporate policies while managing and resolving complicated employee relations issues.


• Data & Metrics: Examine HR data (such as engagement and turnover) to spot patterns, identify underlying issues, and suggest workable fixes.


• Program Implementation: Work together with HR specialist teams to establish and carry out HR initiatives for the entire organization.

Requirements:


• 3-5 years of progressive experience in a strategic HR position or as an HR Business Partner.


• Excellent business sense and a track record of converting business requirements into HR projects.


• Outstanding consulting, influencing, and relationship-building abilities at all organizational levels.


• A thorough understanding of best practices in employee relations and employment law.
