We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Associate – Recruitment to join our growing team. You will support the full recruitment cycle, from applicant sourcing and screening to job offers, payroll documentation, and onboarding. This role plays a key part in helping us attract, hire, and retain top talent across all sales offices.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate interview schedules with different Sales Offices
  • Screen resumes, administer exams, and conduct initial interviews
  • Manage job postings, sourcing events, and recruitment vendors
  • Draft job offers and assist in salary analysis
  • Ensure timely payroll enrollment and HRIS encoding for new hires
  • Conduct background checks and assist in onboarding tasks
  • Maintain accurate documentation and recruitment records
  • Provide support in other HR-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HRDM, or related field

Experience in recruitment is an advantage

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with job portals and social media recruitment is a plus

Attention to detail and high level of confidentiality
