About the Role:

We're hiring an
Administrative & Office Coordinator
to manage office operations, support employee needs, and ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming workplace. This role also serves as the key liaison between our Manila and Nuvali offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee general office administration and facility upkeep
  • Coordinate with vendors, building admin, and support teams
  • Manage petty cash, reimbursements, and purchasing support
  • Organize travel arrangements and visitor logistics
  • Ensure compliance with OSH, 5S, and sustainability practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in Admin, HR, or Finance operations
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and emotionally intelligent
  • English proficiency (Level B2); SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Comfortable engaging with executive-level stakeholders
