Benefits Admin Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist client's employees in government mandated benefits such as SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig, Philhealth and BIR
- Do payroll processing for Alldigi's local clients
- Performs assigned tasks related to benefit administration of assign accounts.
- Update the status of employees (new joiner and leavers) using government online facility.
- Conducts business review and visits client's office
- Monitor and prepares weekly monitoring reports.
- Generates& review reports from government facilities
- Prepares monthly collection list of government remittance and posting of statutory deductions
- Ensures all documents are submitted to government agencies within the agreed SLA
- Prepares payroll input /instructions for government loans/company loans
- Process sickness, maternity claims, and other government mandated benefits as well as company loans and benefits
- Performs other tasks as required from time to time
- Maintaining a high-quality operation, including appropriate benefits and compensation programs complaint with applicable local and national laws and regulation (DOLE and other Gov. agencies related to CompBen)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
- At least 6 months to 2 years of working experience in handling Payroll and Compensation and Benefits
- Applicants must be willing to work in Market Market, Taguig City / Client Based
- Willing to work on dayshift
- Can start ASAP
