This Demand Planning Officer position is responsible for all forecasting activities associated with Channels, Customers, Plants, Brands and SKUs. The Demand Planner holds the position of the key integration point into the key functional areas of Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain

What we're looking for:

» FMCG demand planning experience (minimum 5 years)

» Forecasting tool proficiency (SAP BW/Anaplan/BobJ or equivalent)

» Strong data/statistical skills + Excel

» Proven forecast accuracy performance

» Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance)

» Strong communication and problem-solving skills
