POSITION: HEAD OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Luxury Operations: At least 15 years of experience managing ultra-luxury or branded properties with exceptional service standards.
  • Financial & Asset Management: Expertise in budgeting, vendor coordination, and long-term asset value optimization.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional service.
  • Client Relations: Skilled in managing UHNW (ultra high net worth) clients and ensuring personalized, discreet, world-class experiences.
  • Strategic & Brand Alignment: Strong grasp of luxury branding, innovation, and sustainability to maintain elite property reputation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Luxury Operations:
    Deep understanding of luxury property operations, including concierge services, lifestyle amenities, and bespoke client experiences.
  • Financial & Asset Management:
    Expertise in budgeting, financial planning, vendor management, and strategic asset preservation to maximize long-term value.
  • Leadership:
    Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Client Relations:
    Exceptional interpersonal skills with experience handling UHNW clients, ensuring discretion, personalization, and satisfaction.
  • Strategic & Brand Alignment:
    Strong grasp of luxury branding, innovation, and sustainability practices to uphold and enhance the property's elite reputation.
  • Willing to work
