
Property Management Assistant

We are looking for a Property Management Assistant to join our growing team The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and customer-oriented — someone who can help ensure smooth day-to-day operations of our managed properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and record rental payments and ensure timely collection from tenants.
- Handle and address tenants' inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in leasing activities — coordinate property viewings, prepare listings, and look for potential tenants for vacant units.
- Manage Airbnb and other short-term rental operations, including guest communication, bookings, and unit readiness.
- Maintain accurate tenant records, contracts, and property files.
- Coordinate with vendors and building management for repairs, move-ins, and move-outs.
- Support the Property Management team in ensuring all units are well-maintained and occupancy targets are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in property management, leasing, or customer service (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and online property listing platforms.
