Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Specialist based in Pasay. The Property Specialist will be responsible for managing both residential and commercial real estate properties, engaging in sales activities to promote and sell properties, and providing excellent customer service to potential clients. The role also involves conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

  • Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service
  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate
  • Sales skills and proven sales track record
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus
