About the role

As an Accounting Receivables professional at ARROWHEAD LOGISTICS SERVICES', you will play a crucial role in the company's financial operations. This full-time position is based in Binondo, Manila City, Metro Manila and involves overseeing the accounts receivable and credit control functions to ensure the timely collection of outstanding payments.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the accounts receivable ledger, including invoicing, customer statements, and follow-up on overdue payments
  2. Liaise with customers to resolve billing inquiries and negotiate payment terms
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions
  4. Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and ensure the integrity of financial data
  5. Identify and implement strategies to improve the company's cash flow and reduce the risk of bad debts
  6. Assist with the preparation of financial reports and analysis

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or credit control within the logistics or transportation industry
  2. Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures, with the ability to interpret financial data
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers
  4. Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  5. Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  6. Adaptable and solution-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
