As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you'll manage customer accounts, ensure timely payments, and help maintain strong client relationships through excellent coordination and communication.

What you'll do:

  • Handle credit and collection activities
  • Follow up on aging accounts and ensure proper documentation
  • Process and verify customer payments
  • Support collection targets and process improvements
  • Maintain accurate customer account records

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any four-year course
  • At least one year of experience in Collections, Order Processing, Accounts Payable/Receivable, or Customer Service
  • Must have knowledge of Oracle or other ERP systems
  • Should have strong English communication skills and able to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Willing to work in Quezon City and in a shifting schedule
