Key Duties & Responsibilities

Leadership & Oversight

  • Oversees and reviews all stock movements generated by the Inventory Analysts.
  • Conducts final analysis on:
  • Prior Purchase Orders (P.O.)
  • Slow and Non-Moving Items
  • MOFO Programs for Near-Expiring Items
  • Leads the Stock Transfer process.
  • Leads the Stock Donation process.
  • Handles coordination with all departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Develops workflows and processes needed to improve operational efficiency.

Daily Duties & Contributions

  • Manages both Luzon and Cebu Ethical Products, plus GBSPU inventory.
  • Monitors daily stock levels.
  • Prepares and plots daily reports.
  • Performs initial analysis of:
  • Prior Purchase Orders (P.O.)
  • Slow and Non-Moving Items
  • Near-Expiring Items
  • For GBSPU Products:
  • Ensures items are available on the exact expected delivery date.
  • Coordinates with the GBSPU Team to align on projects and updates.
  • Analyzes allocation of common products between Bidding & Ellebasy to avoid shortages or overlaps.

Qualifications & Technical Skills:

Graduate of any 4-year course

Proven experience in inventory analysis

Basic marketing skills, including SKU and product movement analysis

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Familiarity with QuickBooks (QB) system
