The Supply Chain Superintendent reports directly to the VP- Operations & Engineering. He shall be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire supply chain process, from logistics, procurement materials, inventory, to the delivery of finished products and services. This role ensures efficiency, cost-effectiveness, quality, and compliance with company standards while meeting customer demands. This role ensures efficient procurement, inventory management, logistics, and supplier/customer relations to support business goals and operational excellence.

Support preparedness planning across company programs, developing instructional material, facilitating training, and mentoring staff.

Duties and Responsibilities: (Summary)

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and distribution activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors and service providers to ensure reliability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and logistics partners.
  • Reviewing, updating and ensure compliance with supply chain practices in line with company policies, safety standards, contracts and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze supply chain data, identify risks, and implement mitigating and corrective actions for process improvements to ensure business continuity.
  • Lead, coach, and manage the supply chain team to achieve operational goals.
  • Collaborate with other Department cross-functional teams such as Operations, Project Engineering, Field Services, Accounting and Business Dev & Sales to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives.
  • Develop Supplier Data Base and monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or any related field.
  • At least five (5) years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics or related roles within a multinational organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Good inventory management skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
