JOB DUTIES

  • Maintains real-time, accurate, and complete records of all inventory transactions; performs a physical count of inventory and reconciles actual count of inventory to system count.
  • Encodes, verifies, and ensures correct completion of inventory transactions in a timely manner.
  • Acts as receiver of finished products from the production plant.
  • Provides Daily Inventory Report to the Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Monitors products expiration dates and ensure the "First Expiry First Out" practice. Analyzes products' aging and reports any identified difficulties that will arise to the Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Ensures good quality of products by monitoring the handling practice of his/her subordinates and maintaining good storage conditions.
  • Accountable for the strict implementation of Good Warehouse Practice.
  • Ensures proper and safe storage of products by evaluating storage mapping based on the most efficient method.
  • Identifies and reports damaged products to Warehouse Supervisor on a timely manner and ensures resolution to avoid wastages.
  • Supervises Stock Custodian and Helper to meet daily goals.
  • Actively participates in the Inventory Audit activities.
  • Performs tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or its equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft (MS Word, advance excel formulas, PPT.) Good communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to prepare reports.
  • Has a strong analytical skill and can proactively resolve inventory concerns.
  • Highly meticulous and detail oriented.
  • Must have the ability to reconcile stocks count to report data.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year in inventory, warehouse management or relevant experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
