MediWalk is looking for a driven and dependable Supply Chain Officer who can take full ownership of our day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations — from importation and inventory management to compliance and delivery coordination.

This role is both strategic and hands-on, ensuring that every process — securing permits, tracking shipments, managing supplies, and coordinating with branches — runs efficiently, accurately, and with integrity.

  • Handle the importation and customs clearance of medical supplies and components.
  • Manage inventory and stock control, ensuring accuracy and timely replenishment.
  • Secure and renew licenses, permits, and regulatory documents for medical devices and supplies.
  • Coordinate with Accounting and Supply Chain teams for orders, deliveries, and documentation.
  • Oversee logistics and fleet operations — deliveries, dispatch schedules, and fuel monitoring.
  • Maintain complete and confidential records of all transactions.
  • Prepare regular reports, budgets, and performance metrics for management.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in supply chain, logistics, or importation.
  • Knowledge of customs, shipping, and regulatory compliance (FDA, DOH, DTI, BOC).
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; experience in inventory or logistics systems preferred.
  • Highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive problem-solver.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
